Financed legal aid

The firm works on the basis of subsidised legal aid, popularly known as 'pro bono'. Whether you qualify for this is assessed by the Dutch Legal Aid Board (RvR). On the basis of your income details, the Legal Aid Board assesses whether the request for subsidised legal aid is granted (the so-called toevoeging).

Bear in mind that if the grant is awarded, a statutory personal contribution will be imposed on you. The amount depends on your income. For more information, please visit: www.rvr.org.

If you receive social assistance benefit, you may be eligible for a special assistance allowance (called bijzondere bijstand) to cover the own contribution and any court fees.

Fee / hourly rate

If you do not qualify for subsidised legal aid. Or if RAMNUN & DENIZ Advocaten informs you in advance that it will not handle your case on the basis of legal aid, you will have to bear the costs yourself.

The amount of the hourly rate depends on your case. It is possible to agree on a fixed rate, depending on your case.

All agreements will be recorded in writing so you know where you stand. Need more information? Then get in touch .
