Working in the Netherlands

Are you an employer and do you intend to employ an employee with the nationality of an EU/EEA member state or Switzerland? If so, your employee will be free to work in the Netherlands (as long as there is no question of an undesirable declaration, for example).

Doing business in the Netherlands

If you wish to set up a company in the Netherlands and do not have the nationality of an EU/EEA member state or Switzerland, you are subject to an admission policy that requires you to show that you serve a substantial Dutch economic interest and that you are innovative.

Dutch passport

Do you wish to obtain Dutch nationality, or has your nationality been revoked or request for naturalisation rejected, please contact us. Your eligibility for naturalisation will be assessed in accordance with the Netherlands Nationality Act.
